What does MCIT do?
We provide managed IT, cybersecurity, and AI enablement for small and mid-size businesses. That means we handle the technology that keeps your business running, protect it from threats, and help you put tools like AI to practical use.
Where are you located and who do you serve?
We are a local company with offices in Allentown and Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. We primarily serve businesses across the Lehigh Valley and the surrounding region.
How do we get started with MCIT?
It starts with a free technology assessment. We learn about your business, review your current setup, and give you a clear picture of where things stand and what it would take to improve them, with no pressure and no commitment.
Managed IT
What is included in managed IT services?
Our managed IT covers proactive monitoring, maintenance, helpdesk support, patching and updates, backup and recovery, and strategic guidance, so issues are caught early and your team stays productive.
How quickly do you respond to issues?
We monitor client systems 24/7 and aim to respond quickly, often resolving issues before you notice them. Specific response targets are defined in your service agreement.
Do you support remote and hybrid teams?
Yes. We support on-site, remote, and hybrid setups, including secure remote access, cloud services, and the collaboration tools your team relies on.
Cybersecurity
How does MCIT protect my business from cyber threats?
Security is built into everything we do. We layer protections such as endpoint security, monitoring, email protection, backups, and user awareness, and we continually adapt as threats evolve.
We already have IT. Can you still help with security?
Absolutely. We often work alongside existing teams or provide a second opinion through a security assessment to identify gaps and strengthen your defenses.

How is pricing structured?
Most clients work with us on a predictable monthly plan scoped to their size and needs, so IT becomes an operating cost you can plan around rather than a series of surprise bills. We provide a clear quote after your assessment.
Are there long-term contracts?
Engagement terms are agreed up front in your service agreement. We focus on earning your business through results and responsive service, not locking you in.
