MCIT offers SMS outage and service alerts to client users who opt in through the client portal. By checking the SMS consent box in Settings & Preferences, you agree to receive text messages from MCIT about outages, incidents, and service status affecting your organization’s IT environment. Message frequency varies based on incidents. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or uncheck the consent box in the portal. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (484) 935-3028. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
